Multi-film passes are for separate, preselected sessions for one person. All films must be chosen in advance, to different films at the time of purchase. Passes from the cinema ticket booths will only be applicable for sessions at that venue (telephone and internet ticketing provides the option of passes valid for sessions at the three Sydney venues) |

There are no booking fees for purchasing at cinemas with cash. Credit card transactions will incur a fee of 50 cents per ticket, to a maximum transaction fee of $1.50.

Tickets may be purchased for all venues using all major credit cards from MCA TICKETING. Call 1300 306 776 between 10am-6pm Mon-Fri, and 10am-1pm Saturday.
Booking fees apply: Single admissions: $2.00 per ticket; Five admissions or more, $1.50 per ticket; Ten admissions or more, $1.00 per ticket.
Phone bookings for weekday sessions will cease at 11am on the day of screening. Weekend session bookings will cease at 11am on the Friday before. Tickets booked via telephone or via internet must be collected from the box office no later than 30 minutes prior to the advertised session time of the first session purchased. Tickets may only be collected during the abovementioned cinema box office hours. In some cases, tickets may not be available for collection until after 5pm on the day of screening. Please bring appropriate identification.

FESTIVAL CONDITIONS
Information within the programme is correct at time of publication, but may need to be altered. We therefore reluctantly reserve the right to withdraw, change and replace programmes/ dates/ times/ appearances without notice. Festival tickets, once acquired, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All sessions will commence at the advertised starting time. We anticipate that door sales will be available for most sessions, however this cannot be guaranteed. Patrons are urged to purchase tickets in advance in order to avoid disappointment. Palace Cinemas or Chauvel Cinema complimentary passes, cinema promotions and free ticket offers are not valid for sessions at the Italian Film Festival. All non-English language films have English subtitles.
All festival films are restricted to persons 18 years of age and over unless specified. This relates to the censorship requirements of holding a Film Festival, as set by the Office of Film and Literature Classification and is not necessarily a reflection of the content of the films themselves.
