The Lavazza Italian Film Festival 2006 will open in irrepressibly Italian-style with a gala event on Thursday 16 November at Cinema Paradiso in Northbridge.

The Opening Night Gala will feature the Perth premiere of popular actor and director Carlo Verdone’s MY BEST ENEMY, the smash-hit generational comedy that re-unites Verdone with his Manual of Love co-star Silvio Muccino.

Following the screening, guests will join the official reception, with drinks, dance and music with an Italian flair.
